In terms if the electric parts of our printer, we applied variable frequency driving motor and the latest PLC with the HMI that has optional operation methods, touched screen or button, which makes the operation more convenient and simple.
This printing machine has full-automatic inspector just in case for the malfunction during the whole process, such as stoppage or pressure-off. Once there was no paper or the feeding paper jammed, the machine stops instantly so as to decrease the waste of paper. Being the companion, there is a perfect alarm system which can show exactly where the malfunction place is to help the user find out.
The application of non-stop feeder, pre-stacker and collector of our machine can corporate with each other quite well. That has been tested to improve the work efficiency more than 30%. Especially the feeder we design has two working types for option, the sheet-fed or succession-fed, in accordance to the thickness of different printing media. It has efficient and stable compact feeder head, with two suck two delivery four suction, which can absorb and delivery different thickness paper stably. Besides, there is an additional inspection system on feeding part raising an alarm in case more than one sheet being fed.
Except the motor, all the other electron elements of our printing equipment are imported from development countries, which can ensures the stability of the system and decreases our difficulty of maintenance inspect and measure.
The castings we utilized to make the main body of our machine are all processed by Shanghai machining center in order to ensure the high mechanical precision of the crucial elements of our machine and prolong the machine service life.
We take use of high quality stainless steel to make our printing cylinder, and we give the gripper an agile design which enhances it a wide elasticity range and adjustability.
Paper discharging platform of our printing machine can be folded down to 90° which is in favor of cleaning and assemble or disassembling. Inching switch can be used to handle the folding angle accurately.

The feed board of our printing machine is covered by plating layer, avoiding the rear of printing substrates being scratched. At the same time feeding process can be smooth. With the sensitive sensor, the printer will stop automatically if without paper. FYI the feed board can be optionally equipped with brush wheels or vacuum adsorption device.
Printing cylinder and register for our product has the fine polished stainless steel surface. Its gripper is suitable for the media with any thickness and can be changed or adjusted easily. Its side lays is controlled by bearing which can position the special material like thin paper and film, etc. We also equip a sensor in front lay to ensure the high precision of overprint.
The squeegee blade and ink reclaiming blade our machine is controlled by cam respectively. Whatever the pattern is, our machine can print it accurately. The pressure of the blades can be adjusted at any moment. The squeegee with the pneumatic pressure device can ensure the printed pattern has high definition and ink layers are well-proportioned.
In order to enhance the performance of whole equipment, we adopt linear lead rail and bead bearing to decrease the quake and buzz when the machine is working at a high speed.
