Our high precision screen printing machine is applied with servo motor with Panasonic servo system driver and LINEAR high accuracy low noise linear axial, NEVGART reducer and controllable printing stroke. All these contribute to the stable running of our printer.

Our high precision screen printing machine has two types for customer's option, JB-8060A or JB-8012A. It can handle the screen segregation mechanically and ensure the absolute synchronization of movements of scraper and screen. It can do extremely exquisite printing and there is no need to make excessive demands on the screen for user in order to get high accuracy printing effect.

The work bench of our printer has the flatness no more than 0.20 mm. It is applied with four-column adjustable brace and user can turn the hand wheel to raise or lower the bench to the right level. Its surface is made of stainless steel so it is hard to see scratch or distortion upon it.

The printer's ink blade and ink reclaiming board is controlled by four cylinders which make big enough and well distributed air pressure on the ink tool. Moreover, the cylinder can be stepless adjustable.

We designed pneumatic gripper and screen frame binding pneumatic controller for our product. The size of screen binding structure can be can be regulated instantly, which greatly shorten the time for changing the screen and trial printing.
Our printer features fool style operation. Its PLC has three working mode for simple setting, including adjustment once and succession. Its vacuum adsorption device has four control modes, off, automatic, twice and continuous. Moreover, the printing times, delays, speed and reclaiming speed all can be adjustable. It is computer that adjusts and controls the screen frame, connecting rod and positioning device rather than operator thus the error ratio can be greatly lowered.
