Our large format screen printer is applied with the four-column elevating mechanical structure. The whole screen frame and printing machinery can be elevated thorough smoothly and reposefully.

The movement of the printing platform can be stepless speed adjustable and the linear guide rail generates no vibration during the movement to ensure the precise positioning.

The screen gripper and the register device of our product both are integral designed and they register the screen through three point contact which is quite convenient and effective.

Our printer can ensure the absolute synchronized drive of screen and segregator and printing part to ensure the screen keep horizontal when recover the ink. We designed the air cylinder controller to handle the movement exchanging of ink scraping and reclaiming.

The printing and ink reclaiming work strokes are all under the control of inductive switch. In addition, the whole procedure of printing is arranged by high performance PLC and we designed a security system for our printer to ensure the barrier free running.
