Our JB-UV5600 ice flowers photo-solidifying machine can used as the companion of our screen printer and offset printer to make a variety of ice flower and winkle effects on the printed media. It now has been widely used in dyeing, printing, electric plating, PCB printing, food industries.

This ice flowers dryer we produce has five UV light groups, controlled respectively, and user can decide how to use the lights upon the request of printing. There is an aluminum magnesium alloy housing surrounding the UV light which can greatly enhance the spotlight ratio. This UV dryer feature three groups of winkle making light tubes which can work with UV light regularly to make different ice flower and winkle effect. For the convey part, we adopt the Teflon treated belt for our product which can afford the high temperature and intensive friction. The running speed of Teflon belt can be stepless adjustable upon the request of printing. In addition, there is no need to worry about the distortion of printing media because our machine has high performance cooling system.
