Mini electric screen printer adopts high-precision printing table. The location of printing head in X and Y directions can be precisely adjusted by the micro-adjusting handle to ensure the accuracy of color register. The movement of printing head is driven by brushless DC motor and controlled by precision guide rails, with fast driving speed, smooth start, and stable torque, superior to servo motor driving.

Mini electric screen printer has stable and efficient transmission systems. The lifting and descending of the screen plate is driven by German SEW gear reducer motor combined with high-course transmission screw and encoder, featuring fast driving speed and high location precision. The slide seat adopts linear guide rail and one-piece aluminum alloy structure, improving working smoothness, precision, bearing capacity and durance and reducing noise. The screen carrier adopts active cantilevered design, easy to carry out displacement adjustment.

Mini electric screen printer adopts three-point assembly structure, avoiding air exhausting and oil combination. Its electric structure reduces air consumption. The air compressor can start at 1/2HP. The long-term use of this printer will save 30% cost on energy conversion. The whole machine is set and operated through digital HMI. The security is ensured by safety barrier and control interlock.
