Pneumatic side-lay
The vacuum side-pulling side-lay will not cause white marks, dirt marks, or smudges on the printed surface. This integral variable push-pull type side-lay features accurate push-pull positioning, a long positioning stroke, fast positioning speed, and easy adjustment. The photoelectric detection system monitors the positioning of the printed matter in real time to reduce the waste rate of printing. The biggest advantage of this side-lay is that the contact area of the paper by the micro-hole suction plate is larger, unlike the ball-pulling gauge where the force is concentrated at one point when pulling the paper, avoiding the problems of white marks and dirt marks on both sides of the printed substrates caused by the ball-pulling gauge in the past. Additionally, it can detect and inform if the pulling is not in place, making the operation more convenient.

Detachable screen frame structure
The screen frame can be detached and pulled out from the transmission part, making it convenient to adjust the registration of the printed matter and the feeding, safer and efficient cleaning of the roller and mesh frame. The automatic detection system of the electric eye ensures the reliability of the operation, avoiding the breakage of the rack or damage to the main transmission.
