Pneumatic side-lay
The vacuum side-pulling side-lay will not cause white marks, dirt marks, or smudges on the printed surface. This integral variable push-pull type side-lay features accurate push-pull positioning, a long positioning stroke, fast positioning speed, and easy adjustment. The photoelectric detection system monitors the positioning of the printed matter in real time to reduce the waste rate of printing.

Detachable screen frame structure
The detachment of the screen is electrically controlled, exposing the entire conveyor table and roller, facilitating adjustments for accurate positioning and feeding of printed materials. This also makes the cleaning of the roller and screen safer and more efficient.

German RKS high-tech precision carbon fiber squeegee
Heavy-duty pneumatic/electric ink scraping system: it integrates electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic technologies, and automatically controls the ink scraping action. The starting and ending points can be set independently, the pressure is balanced and stable throughout the process. This completely eliminates the drawbacks of cam mechanical control of the ink scraping action, ensuring the stability of ink layer and clarity of images under any printing quantity and speed.

Nylon rack
