This machine abandons the traditional single power source consisting of transmission shaft, gearbox, chain and crank, and instead drives the four moving bodies, conveyor, roller and net frame of the feeder. Three servo motors are used to drive the paper feeding drive, roller and frame respectively.
Through automatic control, the synchronization of multiple functional units is guaranteed, which not only saves a large number of mechanical transmission parts, but also greatly improves the rigidity of the printing machine, reduces the error caused by the mechanical transmission device, and improves the printing quality. Detachable screen frame structure

Pneumatic side-lay
The biggest advantage of this side-lay is that the contact area of the paper by the micro-hole suction plate is larger, unlike the ball-pulling gauge where the force is concentrated at one point when pulling the paper, avoiding the problems of white marks and dirt marks on both sides of the printed substrates caused by the ball-pulling gauge in the past. Additionally, it can detect and inform if the pulling is not in place, making the operation more convenient.
