The snow ink UV curing machine is specially designed for printing snowflake patterns on tobacco and alcohol packages. The curing machine often works with fully automatic screen printing machines, but it can also be used with other equipment.

Snow ink UV curing machines can also be used for drying and dehumidification in screen printing, PCB printing, dyeing and printing and galvanization and curing after special UV treatment.

Feature

The standard specification comes with 2 sets of UV lamps and 1 set of wrinkle lamps. All the lamp sets can be controlled separately with multiple light intensity choices. The digital meters clearly show the light intensity and lifespan.
In the front and at the back, there is a set of variable frequency convey system at each spot with a maximum conveying speed of up to 60m/min.
There is an independent cooling system for each lamp set with two sets of absorption fans, one ahead and one behind.
The conveyer belt is made of highly abrasion resistant Teflon and capable of automatic deviation rectification.
